Rian M. Tanenbaum was born in Metairie, La., in 1956. He graduated from Washington University in St. Louis in 1977 and LSU Medical School in 1982. He did a year of Psychiatry Residency in Hartford, Conn., and then finished his Residency in Internal Medicine and his GI Fellowship at LSU Medical Center.
He was recognized as a professional with outstanding abilities and featured in the “Best Doctors” issue of New Orleans Magazine.
