Literally saved my life about 14 years ago / Catinis was the 4th and final GE on my amoebiasis journey. He along with an amazing infectious disease doctor were able to finally properly diagnose and treat me. Still have ongoing intestinal damage and other intestinal issues from the amoeba in the aftermath / but he keeps me healthy. Fortunately/ unfortunately we have an ongoing very close working relationship due to the ongoing issues lol / but he always gets me right on back in “remission”. The majority of my years are mostly symptom free and healthy but he and the best staff in the world always take such very good care of me. Amazing doctor amazing group of support staff. I recommend him all the time. Even encourage others to change their GAstroenterologists. He resolves what others cannot. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment. It took a few years or working through surgeons, doctors, etc…. Until becoming lucky enough to have our paths cross. Wished they had crossed sooner !!!!!!

Dr. Carriere was quick, efficient, and actually helped me with the pain while Iwaited for my procedure. I honestly hate healthcare in this area, but I truly appreciate this practice for how they helped both me and my husband.

Dr. Catinis is one of the best doctors that I’ve ever known. He was recommended by another doctor when I was hospitalized, and I was so impressed by his care that I have continued to see him for fifteen years. He is extremely knowledgeable about every aspect of GI care that I have needed, even after my trips to Africa and Haiti. In addition he is kind, has a good bedside manner, and only orders tests that are really needed.
