"As a patient I was treated kindly and with respect. I was explained in detail what to expect prior to my arrival to the facility. I was not made aware of the appropriate location, it was very unclear for being a 1st time patient to the surgical center, and no one was open yet to help. After being brought to the back, I felt like the whole experience was rushed a bit. The commonality of the procedure for the staff made me feel like I was a number in line. Dr. Krishna was wonderful and his presence was calming. Thankfully at my office visit he explained to me in detail what he was going to do so that the short time I saw him before I was sedated was pleasant and relaxed. I would liked to have seen him again after my procedure to know how things went. No one explained anything to me, after until Dr. Krishnan’s nurse called me to explain my results a week later. The experience as a whole was very efficient, and highly recommended, especially if you are not a small talk type of person. The facility was immaculate, and smiling faces were at every turn. I will definitely stay as a patient of Dr. Krishnans. He is a fantastic Dr. who thoroughly explains everything to you, he takes all the time you need to understand the what and why, and doesn’t make you feel rushed when answering all of your questions. He has a calm demeanor and confidently communicates with you."
