Front desk quick, efficient, respectful, and courteous. Doc was relatively on time, spend sufficient time, answered all questions, was professional and left me with a sense of confidence.
The care coordinator, Dr Pollacks MA, that always goes above and beyond to call even when she should be leaving the office, the young lady that does scheduling are amazing. The PA was brief, nice, to the point did see me to quell my anxiety, a tremendous staff there. Front desk is always engaging. These are a superior group of ladies! The lady that has been there awhile doing scheduling, is a very gracious lady and such kindness to everyone. Great office staff!
Dr. Carriere jr. Was polite, concerned about me. I was seen quickly.. he took his time with me.. he has a great " bed side manor". I'm glad my PCP referred me to him ... Been seeing him for round years now...I'm very pleased with him and his staff.. job well done!!!!

Dr. Marino is 10/10. He got me on same day for an issue I was having AND got me in to see a specialist I needed VERY quickly. Wouldn’t have happened without him. Best bedside manner too. You’re in good hands.

The receptionist at the front desk when I arrive she made me know of what I was there for Because I was thinking that I was there for my colonoscopy And my doctor, Mr. Silvers he made me feel that he cares about his patients

I had a positive experience seeing Dr. Mark Marino at MGA last week. He was pleasant and his plan reasonable . The staff members were polite and friendly . They were very busy so you do need to be patient with them and their process .
