I am giving Dr. Silvers a 5 star rating. In reference to the receptionists , they have failed my expectations, they don't answer the phones when patients are calling in . One elderly lady made an inperson visit. She complained that she called for many days off and on with no answer or call back. She explained to the receptionist that she decided to make a personal appearance to schedule an appointment. They also spend a lot of time chatting with one another and letting the patients wait.
