The entire staff at Dr. Reiss' office is efficient in their position, empathetic, kind, comforting and professional. As for my experience with Dr. Reiss, his surgical and medical treatment of my health has been wonderful. His understanding, ability to comfort, educate, and professional bed side manner eased my concerms. He has cured the pain that I suffered with for 4 years after each meal. I certainly was not expecting the findings and I feel so blessed that he took care of the infection and issues in my esophagus. Within 24 hours post surgery I was enjoying a pain free meal without nausea. To say I would recommend Dr. Reiss is an understatement. "The office visit explained the basics of the colonoscopy. I was pleasantly surprised that they got me scheduled quickly. For the procedure, all went well going in and in recovery. My family member had not arrived when all was explained making it hard for me to remember but pictures and basic expectations were provided in writing. When I returned home, I was experiencing some problems and immediately called the facility of the surgery. The nurse spoke to the doctor then explained why I was having the issues due to a polyp location. I was advised on what to expect and what to watch for. This gave me some confidence in the situation. As time passed that evening, the issues diminished as advised. The next morning, all was better. I felt that if things had not gotten better the doctor and staff would be available to speak to me. This was my first experience with Dr. Guider, and although it was not like past procedures I had with my hometown doctor, I feel confident and comfortable enough to return to her for upcoming healthcare needs."

I finally was told to make an appointment with Dr.Silvers and he ran tests and within 10 days called me at home at 9:00pm on a Friday night and told me he just got the test result. He asked for my pharmacy number. He said to go straight to pick up the prescription he was phoning in to them. He told me to go immediately to get the med and begin taking that night. He told me to see him on Monday. Dr. Silver's followed me closely for 6 weeks and made sure I was better. I still go to Dr. Silver's and would recommend him to everyone. Best and most devoted GI.
